Is there a penalty for paying out the loan?
Enviro-Financing loans are always open. This means you can pay down your loan in part or in full at any time with no penalty.
Who should the customer call with questions regarding their loan?Once the loan has been funded, customers can call Citizens Bank directly at 604-708-7821 or toll free at 1-888-708-8311.
What happens once the customer loan is set up?Citizens Bank will send the customer a welcome package detailing the specifics to their loan account. A member service specialist will contact the customer to set up their account details.
How does your online application process work?If you prefer, you can submit applications online rather than by fax. Both faxed and online applications are reviewed by the same lenders and are processed in the order in which they are received. Credit responses will then be faxed back to you within two (2) hours during regular business hours.
